Lead Product Manager
Stream was founded with the mission to provide fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Offered through destination employers like Greene King, Bupa, Burger King, Asda and the NHS, our award-winning platform helps over three million people to earn, learn, save, spend and borrow on their own terms, all in one smartphone app.
Stream is unique: VC backed and growing at scale, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter, which means every product and service we create must measurably improve financial wellbeing.
You’d be joining a team of over 250 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.
The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Lead Product Manager to join our Product team and own the internal tooling and AI agenda at Stream.
Stream runs on a hard-working set of internal systems. These are the tools our Operations, CX, Compliance and commercial teams use every day to onboard employers, support members, manage risk and run the business. As Lead PM for Internal Tooling, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of these products, with a particular focus on where AI can meaningfully change the shape of how we operate.
This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role. The decisions you make will compound across every customer-facing product Stream ships, and every operational process behind them. You'll have the chance to shape something significant from the ground up.
You'll work directly with our Operations Engineering team and partner closely with our VP of Operations to identify where AI, automation and well-designed tooling can move the needle. The role reports into the VP of Operations.
Stream has a genuine focus on moving quickly, avoiding waste, and getting work into the hands of users (internal and external) in the smallest amount of time possible.
What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)
You're naturally good with numbers, and have a quantitative and analytical approach
You have a track-record of delivering products end to end, from discovery through to launch, ideally including internal tooling, platform or B2B products
You've worked closely with onboarding, commercial, operations or back-office teams and have a real understanding of what makes their work easier (or harder)
You're excited about applied AI such as LLMs, agents and automation, and have shipped, or are itching to ship, AI-powered features that change how people work
You have a good grasp of commercial concepts and can connect tooling investment to business outcomes
Comfort with SQL and data is a strong plus
Familiarity with regulated environments (fintech, healthtech, etc.) is a plus, but not required
Prior experience with Figma is a plus, but not required
Salary: Dependent on experience and seniority, ranging from £100k-£120k, plus an equity vesting schedule.
Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in our central London office, plus 2 days remote
What will we do for you?
